Our story
We started Clear Sky AI after watching too many mid-market businesses get burned by AI consulting. The pattern was usually the same: a large firm charged six figures for a polished report, delivered pages of theory, and left the client no closer to operational AI adoption.
We thought there had to be a better way. What if AI consulting looked less like management theatre and more like engineering? What if a 50-person company could access enterprise-grade AI strategy and implementation discipline without enterprise consulting overhead?
